Food & flavor from the southern Baja

Live to love, to give, to give oneself… that is to love.  This cookbook has the purpose of raise funds to support our beloved Ciudad de los niños y niñas home, where good kids are formed. The group of volunteer ladies for this institution is eager to show you for the first time, this project. This would not have been possible without the support of so many extraordinary people, who generously contributed to share this with you.  The cookbook is enriched by a sum of wills that deliver flavors and dishes passed down from mother to daughter for generations; quietly kept family secrets that only with a purpose like this have been able to share. These are recipes created to share around the table and, for us, mean a great moment to spend time with family.  All these recipes have one special element that makes them very special… love. Thank God and each and every one of the people who helped with this project, to the volunteer group, our friends from Good Flavor, our friends from the typical dishes from Baja, our families: husbands, fathers, brothers, grandparents, uncles and aunts who supported and shared their wisdom with us.
